“It was a brilliant event. My first time and I hope I can make Blackpool in 2010.
It was such a good mix of topics/speakers and delegates themselves. I have been
in training roles for many years and attended many events linked to these roles
but have NEVER attended one that was as much fun. I’ve an old training adage – “If
it’s FUN it gets DONE!” and the format and speakers really helped this. Also doing
the Belbin’s led to some personal reflection on the way I work and how I can improve.”

relief' session, not thinking I would get that much out of it, but Matt linked all
learning to business and made it fun - great session (would love to hear when Tanya
