• We hand pick our speakers and workshop hosts and pay them to facilitate workshops that are focused on delegates rather than their own marketing opportunities. Unlike some conferences, you can’t buy a speaker’s slot or pay to be a workshop host at Trainers’ Conference.
• Trainers’ Conference does not have any sponsors. No-one is there to sell to you. It’s all about learning, networking, sharing ideas and developing knowledge and skills.
• We pride ourselves on having pioneered the introduction of small, highly interactive workshops in a major conference. To ensure a truly learning environment, the number of delegates on each workshop is capped at 25. No other conference does this.
• We hand pick and personally inspect our venues to ensure they truly have the wow factor. We seek out venues that offer the perfect environment in which to reflect and learn. This year’s venue is the amazing Tortworth Court, a magnificent Victorian mansion set in 30 acres of parkland.
